Emily Yue (she/they) is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. She works mostly as an assistant editor and emerging editor on narrative and documentary films and is a member of the Asian American Documentary Network, Brown Girls Doc Mafia, and IATSE Local 700. They are currently editing a feature documentary, developing their own work, and are a 2023 Sundance Contributing Editor Fellow. Some of her recent post production credits include: Spermworld (TrueFalse/FX-Hulu), How to Blow Up a Pipeline (TIFF/NEON) and The Rescue (TIFF/NatGeo).
